Responsibilities
Operating, controlling, and maintaining carpet cleaning equipment, vacuums, and polishers
Shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, and furniture cushions in resort units as needed and according to the maintenance plan
Moving and replacing furniture to meet floor/carpet cleaning requirements
Maintaining floors through sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning and maintenance experience
Authorization to work in the United States
