Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
Accrual and cash journal entries
Review operating statements and variance reports
Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis
Perform CAM reconciliations
Interact and communicate with property managers
Qualification
Required
5-7 years' experience within property accounting
Perform full cycle accounting
Financial reporting
Audit assistance
Interaction with different departments
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
Accrual and cash journal entries
Review operating statements and variance reports
Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis
Perform CAM reconciliations
Interact and communicate with property managers
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
