Responsibilities
Preparation of month end revenue analysis
Preparation and analysis of revenue reconciliations
Preparation of various monthly AR valuations
Provide support with the annual audit process
Assist in preparation and analysis of Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports
Assist in the quarterly budgeting process
Profitability analysis
Productivity analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
Strong proficiency with Excel. Must be able to understand advanced functions
Strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills
Must be accustomed to working with large data sets
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects/workflow
Ability to develop and assist in implementing process improvements
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years in healthcare finance setting is preferred
