Responsibilities

Recruit for roles across the modular construction space and adjacent industries (operations, sales, leadership, technical roles, and more)

Leverage your existing industry knowledge and network to identify and engage talent

Conduct meaningful, high-trust conversations with candidates who appreciate that 'you get it'

Partner with modular clients as a trusted extension of their team

Understand their business models, growth plans, and talent pain points

Provide market insight and honest guidance, not transactional recruiting

Build long-term relationships with modular professionals

Educate candidates on career paths, company differences, and industry opportunities

Advocate for candidates while balancing client needs

Develop into a niche subject-matter recruiter within modular construction

Grow your book of business and personal brand within the industry

This is a team based role and will require other responsibilities as assigned and needed in order to help grow the business
