Responsibilities
Act as primary interface with Government program authorities; oversee task order execution
Establish governance (cadence, risks, issues, action logs); ensure resource planning and utilization
Lead quality control across deliverables; enforce QCP/QASP expectations
Manage subcontractors; maintain organizational conflict of interest (OCI) safeguards
Qualification
Required
Experience in portfolio/program leadership; stakeholder management; contractual compliance
Experience with Microsoft 365; SharePoint; Teams; PM dashboards; risk/issue trackers
Must have relevant experience managing diverse, technical support teams
Minimum Bachelors degree in related subject or discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance
Minimum 10 years performing duties described in the description above
