Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Sales

They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and enterprise expansion, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various teams to deliver value to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement to close and expansion
Build and execute strategic account plans for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise customers
Develop trusted relationships with executive buyers, data leaders, architects, and practitioners
Clearly articulate Coginiti’s value across analytics, data engineering, governance, and AI readiness
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling demonstrations and technical validation
Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM
Provide field feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy

Required

5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding quota
5+ years of experience in the AI, data, and analytics ecosystem, including one or more of: ETL / ELT platforms, data transformation and modeling, metadata catalogs and data governance, BI and analytics platforms, data warehouses and cloud data platforms, AI and machine learning tooling
Proven success selling to large, complex enterprises across multiple industries
Experience thriving in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
Deep understanding of consultative, value-based solution selling and enterprise sales methodologies, including Sandler Sales, MEDDPICC, and Challenger
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
Self-starter mentality with high ownership, curiosity, and a hunger to continuously learn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
