Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate PBM contracts and related pharmaceutical supply chain service agreements
Lead and support the full contracting lifecycle for PBM procurements
Counsel health plan clients on operational, compliance, and regulatory matters
Manage multiple contract workflows while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across practice groups
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of transactional experience in managed care or the pharmaceutical supply chain
Strong background drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing health plans and PBMs
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC
Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills
