Qualification
Required
Must be detail oriented
Convey trust and confidence on the phone
Be a good listener to better understand customer's needs
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills
Top-notch general PC/Windows skills (including Word and advanced Excel)
Internet skills
Typing of at least 60 wpm
Must be able to work days/hours listed above
Preferred
Previous experience with medical billing
Previous experience with inside sales
College education
Previous experience with databases (Access, SQL)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
