Responsibilities

Review specific test procedures for the components on the equipment capability list to understand test requirements

Design a complete electrical system to support hydraulic and pneumatic circuits

Support of design, documentation, assembly, integration, test and field support of industrial controls/systems

Support capital equipment design, assembly, test, and installation projects from concept to customer turnover

Create electrical schematics, operator panel and sub-panel layouts

Select electrical control devices and develop the Bill of Material (BOM)

Assure design compliance with electrical standards

Create functional test requirements for equipment checkout

Develop and implement data acquisition hardware/software system to collect data specified by test procedures

Track project schedule and budgets

Communicate with engineering team and customer to resolve design or testing issues
