Senior Account Executive- E-Commerce
RecruiterForceAI is partnering with an ambitious ecommerce-focused startup to hire Founding Account Executives who thrive in early-stage environments. This role is for experienced closers who will own new business acquisition and play a critical role in shaping sales strategy and processes.

Responsibilities
Own the full new business sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline within the ecommerce ecosystem
Consistently close deals and drive early-stage revenue growth
Help define ICPs, buyer personas, and sales messaging
Work closely with founders to shape sales strategy and GTM execution
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Provide feedback to product and leadership based on customer insights
Qualification
Required
4–10 years of closing experience in sales roles
Proven success closing new business (hunter profile)
Strong background in the ecommerce space (SaaS, platforms, tools, marketplaces, or agencies)
Experience selling to ecommerce brands, DTC companies, or online retailers
Demonstrated ability to work in startup or early-stage environments
Track record of carrying and exceeding sales quotas
New business / hunter mentality
Startup mindset with high ownership and accountability
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated
Strong negotiation and closing ability
