The role involves collaborating with business, technical, and stakeholder teams to ensure CMS compliance, system certification, and timely submissions.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and finalize Advanced Planning Documents (APDs)
Coordinate with business units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Draft CMS submittal letters and support APD review meetings
Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid, and client regulations
Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear documentation
Track activities using collaboration and project management tools

Required

5+ years project management and stakeholder engagement experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience developing APDs (3+ years preferred)
Experience with RFP/RFI, grants, or contracts preferred
