Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment
Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, HR Management, Communications or other related field is strongly preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leadership; healthcare or hospital experience strongly preferred
Experience in HR administration, finance support, or executive office operations is a plus
