Oversees general accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial statement preparation
Analyzes healthcare finance operating metrics and key indicators with excellent analytical skills
Provides leadership and support to staff, including training, guidance, troubleshooting, issue escalation, and project prioritization
Identifies and resolves problems in accounting and reporting processes, initiating changes to improve processes
Leads and supports continuous improvement activities by analyzing metrics and implementing system modifications and process changes
Qualification
Required
