Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
Assist in creating and optimizing content for digital marketing purposes, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Collaborate with internal team members and potentially with clients to coordinate marketing initiatives and projects
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and strategies
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports
Qualification
Required
Proven interest in digital marketing or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work setting
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and techniques
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques is advantageous
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
Modern computer (laptop or desktop) with a reliable processor (Intel i5 or equivalent) and at least 8GB RAM
At least one high-resolution monitor (1080p), which helps in managing multiple marketing campaigns and viewing detailed analytics
A stable and fast internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps and higher is essential, along with a backup Internet Service Provider plan or a secondary location equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and service reliability
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Backup power solutions, such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a power generator, to prevent data loss during power interruptions
Preferred
Fluent in English or bilingual in Spanish/English
