Senior LevelZMC Hotels is seeking a qualified Chief Engineer for their Hampton Inn in Anthem, Arizona. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs inside hotel rooms, public areas, and on the property grounds, ensuring exceptional quality work and services.

Responsibilities
This position will be inside hotel rooms, the hotel public areas and outside on the grounds of the property
Will work outside in the pool and spa area, light groundskeeping, some irrigation repair, change lights in parking lot
Will work inside guest rooms making repairs, will work in public guest areas making repairs, will work in back of the house areas making repairs
May be required to go up onto the roof of the property
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75lbs
Computer literate, able to locate supplies and parts online
Working on a ladder or hydraulic lift
Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
Perform work in a timely manner
Pleasant demeanor able to work with staff and guests in a positive manner
Qualification
Required
Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment- some work outdoors required
Ability to manage and maintain public pool, spa and equipment
Have some previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
Familiarity with fire suppression systems and panels
General maintenance and repair knowledge of HVAC systems, in room A/C, etc
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75lbs
Computer literate, able to locate supplies and parts online
Working on a ladder or hydraulic lift
