Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and manage Windows Servers and associated systems to ensure optimal performance
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain secure and efficient operations
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and system performance challenges
Conduct regular system monitoring, backups, and updates to maintain IT infrastructure
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT processes and system configurations
Address and resolve issues with access control systems, including key card functionality
Remove outdated servers and ensure smooth transitions to updated systems
Provide on-call support during weekends as needed to address urgent IT matters
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in administering Active Directory and managing user access
Strong skills in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows 10 for desktop support and configuration
Ability to manage and troubleshoot access control systems
Task-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond with urgency
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Availability to provide on-call support during weekends when necessary
Preferred
Experience in healthcare IT environments is preferred but not required
