They are seeking an Executive Coach to conduct coaching sessions, partner with stakeholders, and facilitate group coaching dialogues, while also generating leads and creating thought leadership.

Responsibilities

Conduct behaviorally-based coaching sessions with leaders
Partner with stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, create and implement coaching strategies
Facilitate group coaching dialogues for emerging leaders
Present during leadership team meetings and executive off-sites
Stay informed about the latest techniques and initiatives in leadership development and professional development
The successful candidate is responsible for generating leads, maintaining, and building relationships with new/existing contacts, and has a current book of business
Create thought leadership in the form of white papers, blogs, and editorial features to share unique insights, which grow awareness of CRA and Admired Leadership®
