Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize Oracle SCM SaaS across various business functions
Lead integration efforts between Oracle SaaS and third-party systems
Manage and resolve issues across Oracle SCM modules (planning, inventory, cost management, distribution, order execution)
Develop and propose solutions to address complex client challenges
Work with customers to gather requirements, design processes, and implement Oracle SCM solutions
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations
Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills in customer-facing situations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in implementing and managing Oracle SCM SaaS
Strong understanding of Oracle SCM modules: planning, inventory, cost management, distribution, and order execution
Experience integrating Oracle SaaS with third-party systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver customer-facing solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/onsite environment
