Inside Lighting is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Sales Service Representative. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for inbound phone calls and email inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service

Screen and direct calls, assist with general inquiries, and resolve customer concerns efficiently

Address product questions, provide accurate information, perform cross overs, and direct potential customers to the appropriate sales agents

Handle customer service requests such as order tracking (ESD), warranty claims, RGA claims, freight damage reports, and sample requests

Build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and active listening, especially when resolving issues

Accurately input and process customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and orders are completed on time

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of orders and resolve any discrepancies quickly

Follow up with customers regarding order status and ensure clear communication throughout the process

Monitor the office email inbox and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members

Maintain and manage office documentation, including scanning, filing, and creating production folders

Assist in coordinating trade shows, preparing necessary materials, and supporting the sales team in event preparation

Provide general administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth daily operations

Experience working in a professional sales or manufacturing environment
