Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
Oversee and execute complex discovery, including eDiscovery workflows
Prepare witnesses for depositions and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
Handle filing and service of pleadings and manage litigation calendars
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of commercial litigation experience
Proven experience handling all phases of discovery
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional research, analytical, oral advocacy, and writing skills
Ability to perform under pressure while delivering consistently high-quality work
Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing
