Mid-Level Environmental & Land Use Attorney – Infrastructure & Regulatory Focus | Phoenix, AZ- 375009
BCG Attorney Search is a respected environmental and land use practice seeking a mid-level attorney in Phoenix to work on renewable energy, infrastructure, and development projects. This role offers early responsibility, complex regulatory work, and collaboration across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and advise clients on environmental and land use regulations
Manage environmental and land use due diligence for complex development projects
Guide clients through land use entitlements and environmental and resource permitting
Advise on CEQA and NEPA compliance matters
Defend zoning and environmental approvals in state and federal court
Collaborate with attorneys across real estate, government relations, infrastructure, and related practices
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in environmental and/or land use law
Familiarity with CEQA, NEPA, and regulatory permitting processes
Demonstrated interest in environmental compliance and land use regulation
JD from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar of California
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred
Litigation experience in environmental or land use matters is a plus
