The role involves performing engineering calculations and design, providing technical information for project specifications, and assisting with grading, drainage, and utility design.

Responsibilities
Perform engineering calculations and design using specialized technical skills, experience and engineering judgment to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications
Provide project specific technical information to the Project Manager for incorporation into the project specifications
Assist with grading, drainage and utility design, preparation of improvement plans, specifications, cost estimates and other supporting documents for public and private projects
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
Perform engineering calculations and design using specialized technical skills, experience and engineering judgment to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications
Provide project specific technical information to the Project Manager for incorporation into the project specifications
Assist with grading, drainage and utility design, preparation of improvement plans, specifications, cost estimates and other supporting documents for public and private projects
Preferred
Prior experience or internship in land development, public works or water resources preferred
Candidates should have relevant hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred
