Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade IoT digital health systems that transform clinical workflows and elevate patient care

Define and own technical architecture for large-scale healthcare deployments, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer business goals

Drive integration across EMR/EHR platforms, HL7 interfaces, and clinical reporting systems

Identify unmet needs and lead development of reusable, productized solutions to accelerate adoption

Act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, guiding them through complex integrations and digital transformation initiatives

Provide expert oversight on HIPAA, HiTrust, NIST, SOC2, and partner with legal teams on security language in agreements

Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Architect and deploy HL7, ADT, EMR/EHR, and reporting interfaces; develop automation tools for implementation and monitoring

Manage custom configurations and author technical documentation, knowledge base content, and implementation playbooks
