Sales Support Specialist
Search Solution Group is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support their sales team by driving outbound engagement and managing social and email outreach. This role is crucial for maintaining communication and organization to help the sales team effectively engage with prospective clients.
Responsibilities
Support sales leaders with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination
Help manage prospect lists, pipelines, and activity tracking in the CRM
Prepare outreach messages, client materials, and light research for sales conversations
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, light InMail support)
Send professional, thoughtful email outreach on behalf of the sales team
Monitor responses and route warm leads to the appropriate sales leader
Assist with posting company updates, job ads, and content on LinkedIn as needed
Keep CRM data clean and up to date (contacts, notes, outreach activity)
Track engagement metrics and identify what’s working best
Help improve outreach templates, messaging cadence, and processes over time
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills
Comfort using LinkedIn and email professionally
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles (preferred, not required)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar) is a plus
