Responsibilities
Meeting and exceeding daily or weekly sales targets through direct interaction
Clearly communicating product features, pricing, and value to drive customer decisions
Representing client brands at live events and retail activations across Houston
Driving product or service awareness with the goal of generating sales and sign-ups
Initiating engaging conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Providing a friendly, pressure-free experience that encourages long-term brand loyalty
Supporting event setup and visual merchandising to maximize foot traffic and conversions
Reporting on customer feedback, sales trends, and performance insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a passion for face-to-face interaction
Naturally outgoing and comfortable in high-traffic event environments
