Member Service/Sales Manager
Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and friendly Member Services Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while handling sales and cash transactions.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including signing up new members and payments
Communicate with members and guests regarding their needs and provide information about services and amenities
Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system
Assist in membership sales by promoting products and conducting product demos as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area entire facility
Stock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the facility
Address member and guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and guests
Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred; experience in sales and management is also preferred
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest interactions
