Advise on regulatory considerations impacting private equity funds and sponsors
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in private equity fund formation
Strong working knowledge of securities laws and regulations, including the Investment Advisers Act
Admission to the state bar of the office location
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience with private equity secondary transactions and/or GP-led restructurings is a plus
