Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all locations
Advise senior leadership on human capital strategy, culture, and workforce risk management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage labor relations, including collective bargaining
Oversee employee relations, ensuring fairness and consistency in investigations and corrective actions
Lead payroll, compensation, and HRIS administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
Administer employee benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment
Participate in audits and maintain compliance with HR-related regulatory filings
Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team
Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies
Support safety initiatives and workers’ compensation processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within manufacturing
Expertise in employment law, labor relations, benefits, payroll, and HRIS management
Demonstrated knowledge of FMLA, ADA, 401(k), ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, OSHA, and BWC requirements
High integrity, professionalism, and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Master's degree or SHRM-SCP/PHR certification
Strong technical proficiency with HRIS systems and experience with Paycor or similar systems
