Account Manager
Kirby Risk Electrical Supply is a trusted leader in electrical supply, manufacturing, and services, and they are seeking an Industrial Account Manager. Responsibilities
Hit the ground running by making immediate sales calls in your territory
Develop expertise in Rockwell Automation products and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand account packages
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple sales offices to support your accounts
Navigate complex manufacturing environments to uncover and solve challenges
Provide solutions that deliver win/win outcomes for customers and Kirby Risk
Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism in every customer and vendor interaction
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of successful sales experience (industry experience in Electrical Supply is a plus)
Proven ability to manage accounts and relationships in a competitive territory
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous or contradictory situations
Ability to follow company processes while applying creativity to solve challenges
Skilled at building relationships at all organizational levels within manufacturing facilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Known for a positive outlook, professionalism, and continuous learning mindset
