Business Development Manager – Hi-tech Farmer
MSI Americas is a multinational company in the Telecommunications & IT sector, seeking a Business Development Manager – Hi-tech Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients in the networking and semiconductor sectors. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts in the High-Tech industry.
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic Hi-tech accounts in the networking and semiconductor verticals
Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders
Cross-sell and upsell solutions based on client roadmaps
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams
Conduct QBRs and develop growth strategies
Stay ahead of market trends and client needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering (MBA is a plus)
10+ years in account management or business development
3+ years in Hi-tech industry (networking/semiconductors)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with global delivery teams
