Responsibilities

Generate new leads by networking, cold calling, emailing, office visits, solo mailing, etc
Make appointments with key decision makers and conduct meetings with them
Manage and maintain accounts with clients
Maintain and update an account/lead database and share with Company Executive Board to keep them updated
Provide to Marketing & Sales Director and Company Executive Board first hand feedback and recommendations on our marketing/sales efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients
To solicit independent businesses, major companies, and individuals for purpose of Company exposure, investment, and sponsorship/endorsement
To work with the Marketing & Sales Director and the VP / Director Of Staff to create a sales and marketing team in which you will supervise by bringing aboard sales reps and marketing reps
To network to make connections for company benefit and growth

Required

Experience with music marketing, sales, and business development
Enhanced knowledge of the music entertainment industry
Reliable internet, video-call, and telephone services for communication

Ability to build accounts and increase profits with products and services
Aggressive sales approach
Experience in generating new leads by networking, cold calling, emailing, office visits, solo mailing, etc
Ability to make appointments with key decision makers and conduct meetings
Experience in managing and maintaining accounts with clients
Ability to maintain and update an account/lead database
Ability to provide feedback and recommendations on marketing/sales efforts
Experience in soliciting independent businesses, major companies, and individuals for company exposure, investment, and sponsorship/endorsement
Ability to work with the Marketing & Sales Director and the VP / Director Of Staff to create a sales and marketing team

Capability of relationship development, opportunity identification and pipeline tracking and building
