Director of Customer Success
The Hire Revolution is a company focused on building the next generation of data and AI infrastructure. They are seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead a team, shape strategy, and enhance the post-sales experience for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform.
Responsibilities
Own retention, expansion, and customer growth across the customer base
Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team
Create scalable playbooks, health scoring, and success frameworks
Partner with Sales on smooth handoffs, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Lead executive conversations, QBRs, and long-term success planning
Bring structure and visibility to forecasting and customer health
Work closely with Product to ensure customer feedback shapes the roadmap
Build a customer-first culture that’s data-driven and outcome-focused
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
4+ years leading and scaling CS teams
Strong ownership of NRR, retention, and expansion metrics
Experience working with technical and data-driven customers
Executive presence and comfort working with senior stakeholders
A builder mindset, you like creating structure where it doesn't yet exist
