Manage multiple loan transactions simultaneously from inception to closing

Qualification
Required
2–4 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
Admission to the New York Bar, or actively taking steps toward admission
Strong academic credentials (JD or equivalent)
Excellent drafting and transaction management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
