This role involves acquiring new nonprofit organizations, activating them to create and share gift lists, and ensuring ongoing engagement and retention across all nonprofit verticals.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard nonprofit organizations across categories including but not limited to: Children & family services, Education & schools, Religious organizations, Healthcare & special needs, Animal welfare, Community & social services
Develop scalable outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, referrals, associations)
Leverage existing nonprofit networks, coalitions, and industry groups to drive adoption
Partner with internal marketing to support campaigns targeting nonprofit organizations
Ensure newly onboarded nonprofits actively: Create gift lists, Add high-quality, relevant in-kind gifts, Share lists with donors and supporters
Educate nonprofit partners on best practices for maximizing donations through gift lists
Drive adoption of gift-add behavior, not just account creation
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned nonprofit partners
Foster long-term relationships to ensure repeat usage and sustained engagement
Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities within nonprofit accounts
Gather feedback from nonprofit partners to inform product improvements
Help build repeatable processes for nonprofit onboarding and activation
Track performance metrics (new nonprofits onboarded, gift lists created, gift adds, retention)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Required

4–8+ years of experience working in or with nonprofit organizations
Proven experience in: Nonprofit partnerships
Proven experience in: Fundraising support
Proven experience in: Donor engagement
Proven experience in: In-kind donation programs
Strong understanding of nonprofit operations and decision-making structures
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close partnerships
Relationship-driven with excellent communication skills
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partners simultaneously

Preferred

Existing nonprofit network (local, regional, or national)
Experience working with: Schools, religious institutions, or social service organizations
Experience working with: Technology platforms or SaaS tools for nonprofits
Familiarity with CRM systems (Mail Chimp Brevo, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience scaling programs beyond a single market
