Lead the conversion of business assessments to engagements, achieving company standards for quality and profitability

Support business development by creating and presenting compelling assessment decks and case studies

Conduct executive exchanges to validate client readiness and decision processes

Apply Brooks International’s assessment methodology to identify performance gaps and quantify bottom-line impact

Develop and deliver high-quality findings, proposals, and presentations that drive client commitment

Ensure all engagement proposals meet client expectations and profitability targets

Maintain thought leadership on industry trends and continuously improve methodologies
