Roofing Territory Branch Manager
3MG Solutions, LLC is one of the fastest-growing residential and commercial roofing contractors in the United States. As a Territory Branch Manager for the Greensboro branch, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team to drive growth and cultivate new business.

Responsibilities
Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches
Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team
Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams
Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
Winning Attitude: A positive mindset and strong work ethic that fosters a supportive, results-driven culture from the top down
