The Human Data Operations Strategist will manage and optimize data annotation workflows, ensuring high-quality data is available for AI models while engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee data annotation projects, translating complex AI and machine learning requirements into clear workflows and instructions for data annotation teams

Ensure the highest standards of data quality by designing and refining annotation processes, auditing results, and implementing feedback loops

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design and implement the best data annotation workflow for their human annotation process

Provide guidance and feedback to the annotation team, ensuring team members are equipped with the context and skills needed to perform high-quality work aligned with project requirements and best practices

Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive improvements in AI training data processes, tools, and methodologies

Required

3+ years of professional experiences, ideally from top strategy consulting firms and/or best-in-class AI companies

Strong experience in project management, data operations, and/or AI-related workflows

Proficient in scripting languages like Python, SQL, or familiarity with relational databases and data annotation tools

Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to managing projects

Passionate in AI and machine learning, with experience in computer vision or generative AI being a strong plus

Thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions

Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear action plans
