Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage technical relationships within assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and service expansion
Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering value through products and services
Collaborate with customers’ technical leads, ensuring their needs are met
Liaise between the customer’s and TGS support resources
Conduct regular meetings with clients to address tickets, escalations, and projects
Monitor key performance metrics and proactively recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of IT experience, (Helpdesk or MSP)
Knowledge of technology alignment or pre-sales
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work with a variety of customers and work independently
Associate's degree or equivalent IT-related experience
Preferred
Preferred 2 years of IT account management experience
