Responsibilities
Assist portfolio management and trading by supporting daily operations and overseeing the full trade lifecycle across private debt, structured credit, and fixed income assets
Support daily, monthly, and quarterly valuation and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate positions, pricing, and data integrity
Participate in cash management, liquidity monitoring, and collateral management activities
Support onboarding and improvement of operational systems, workflows, and infrastructure
Prepare portfolio reports, analyze holdings and exposures, and execute department controls to maintain operational quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of investment operations experience at an asset manager, fund, or administrator, ideally with CLOs, derivatives, structured credit, or fixed income
Strong Excel proficiency and required experience with portfolio and order management systems
Understanding of structured products, private credit, fixed income instruments, trade lifecycle processes, and settlement workflows
Detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to operational problem-solving
Preferred
Experience with Enfusion
Familiarity with Bloomberg
