Responsibilities

Anticipate, plan, and coordinate internal logistics/needs across projects and facilities in ZT Systems

Ensuring all stakeholders (Internal and External) are engaged and aligned to the program goals

Employ a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to support the team and get things done

Create and develop program reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with team leads across the operations and production groups

Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving

Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing, and following up with action items as necessary

Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk & status clearly and succinctly

Support team growth in critical communication methods and personal development areas

Coordinate manufacturing preparation activities and collaborate with manufacturing planning to develop implementation timelines

Identify key program issues and present options for resolution

Coordinate internal resources such as engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams in issue resolution and recovery planning

Required

5+ years project management experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs

Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Superior verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance; proactive, motivated self-starter

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred), Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Proficiency in Engineering Software

Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex, PlanGrid, and or Procore preferred
