Responsibilities

Prospecting Strategy & Outreach: Design and execute personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, cold call, LinkedIn) to penetrate target accounts and key decision-makers
Pipeline Generation & Qualification: Rigorously qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet the criteria for a Sales Accepted Lead (SAL), focusing on intent, fit, and budget
Meeting Handoff & Goal Attainment: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for setting qualified meetings and generating pipeline value for the Account Executive team
CRM (Salesforce) / Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all prospecting activities ensuring accurate data hygiene to support forecasting
Cross-Function within Client Success, Marketing & Sales Teams on Sales Materials
Proposal Generation / Program Strategy (Support Function, not primary duty)
Organization of Sales & RFP Materials (Support Function)
Calendar Management & Meeting Prep (Support Function for qualified handoffs)
Lead Point of Contact for Strategic Account Vendors (ABCS, Pathformance, Flipp…) (Support Function)
Build & Process Insertion Orders (Support Function, decreasing priority as prospecting increases)
Special Projects (Trade Show & On-Site Coordinating) (Support Function)

Required

Degree from an accredited university or college
1+ years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or highly competitive environment (preferred, but not required with exceptional drive)
Demonstrated ‘Hunter' mentality; competitive, persistent, and highly resilient
Eagerness to cold-call and prospect daily
Working knowledge of Google Drive / MS Office applications
Positive Attitude
Results-oriented with a desire to build strong relationships (internal and with clients)
Eagerness to learn and work with deadlines
