Responsibilities
Provide support and maintenance for company products
Inspect, maintain and manages local service structure
Troubleshoot, train and act as a liaison with customers
Provide preventative or on-call maintenance to customer's equipment within a given area
Will generally work on assigned machinery and assist on new products
Install the machines by working together with movers and electricians. Report any quality issues to Field Service Manager
Qualification
Required
Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree
At least one year of related experience in an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering related role
Technical product knowledge and ability to communicate professionally with customers and team
Experience in installation, maintenance and sustaining capital equipment
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call work as needed
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
Japanese language skills are a plus
