Responsibilities

Drive execution for data product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and analytics strategies
Collaborate with Data Science, Enterprise AI, and technology teams to define data product requirements
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for data products, breaking down features into actionable stories
Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and validate solutions against the product vision
Stay informed on data trends, governance practices, and emerging technologies
Partner with Scrum Masters, Architects, and APMs to deliver high-quality data solutions
Monitor delivery metrics and leverage insights for continuous improvement
Promote data product thinking and product operating model principles across teams
Ensure data domains are standardized, governed, and optimized for scalability and interoperability across Personal Insurance

Qualification

Agile frameworksData analyticsData governanceCommunication skillsAnalytical mindsetCertifications CSPOCertifications PSPOCollaboration skills

Required

2+ years of experience in insurance, data analytics, or technology roles
Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and lifecycle tools (Rally, JIRA)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence and adapt messaging for different audiences
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions

Preferred

Experience with data & analytics preferred
Familiarity with data platforms, governance, and analytics tools
Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM are a plus
