Commercial Records Research Coordinator
Interactive Resources - iR is focused on providing comprehensive research services, and they are seeking a Commercial Records Research Coordinator. This role involves locating and delivering public record information related to commercial properties while supporting internal operations through thorough research and documentation collection.
Responsibilities
Locate and obtain commercial public records from government and municipal offices
Conduct research using public databases, websites, and internal platforms
Visit county and government facilities to collect documentation when required
Provide retrieved records to internal teams and fulfill external information requests
Maintain detailed activity logs and ensure work meets established guidelines
Identify recurring issues or quality concerns and escalate as appropriate
Communicate clearly and professionally with government personnel, vendors, and requestors
Balance multiple research requests while meeting turnaround expectations
Represent the organization in a professional manner during external interactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office, or research-focused role
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license
Willingness to travel locally to government offices
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 30 lbs
Preferred
Exposure to public records, real estate, title, or legal documentation is preferred
