Area Sales Manager
Arctech is a leading provider of solar tracking systems and solutions, recognized globally for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to strengthen their presence in North America by managing relationships with strategic developers and leading multi-site sales cycles.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute North America sales strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales growth, aligned with Group and Regional strategy and targets
Own 5–8 strategic accounts end-to-end; deliver annual bookings per as Regional targets and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Responsible for RFP/RFQ responses and orchestrate with cross-functional departments for pricing and bidding
Maintain pipeline—keep stages, probabilities, and close dates current; issue a weekly forecast and a Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
Other Regional business-related matters handling
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in B2B sales within the renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure industries
Strong understanding of PV systems, project development, or solar tracker technology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a multicultural environment
Based in Chicago, with availability to travel across North America as required
