Responsibilities

Conduct monthly outreach calls to guardians to check in on satisfaction and care experience
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming guardian and client calls—responding promptly and professionally to questions or concerns
Track and share insights from client and guardian feedback to help improve service delivery
Coordinate special acknowledgments (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones) to strengthen relationships
Distribute satisfaction surveys and encourage positive online reviews to highlight success stories

Required

Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction, telesales, or client relations

Warm, empathetic communication style and strong phone presence
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfort working toward measurable call and satisfaction goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive or emotional conversations with professionalism
Commitment to Caregiver's mission and values

Preferred

Experience in telesales, customer service, healthcare outreach, or call center environments preferred
