Deliver technical support to employees in field and office environments nationwide

Support over 50 applications, with varying levels of complexity

Provide first-level support primarily via phone (approximately 75% of interactions)

Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat

Handle 15-20 support tickets per day

Collaborate within a team of approximately 20 members in a Microsoft-based environment
