Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences — greeting guests, conducting tours, and sharing the benefits of our wellness offerings to help each person find the right membership for their goals
Support and motivate team members to meet sales and service objectives, ensuring a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the studio
Connect with and follow up with potential guests using our communication system to convert interest into memberships and build lasting relationships
Oversee daily studio operations, using our Mindbody system to check members in and out, monitor session flow, and ensure smooth transitions
Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and organization — including resetting sauna rooms after use, restocking towels, and ensuring rooms are prepared to members’ preferences
Collaborate with ownership to execute marketing initiatives, uphold brand standards, and support community outreach
Qualification
Required
A genuine passion for health and wellness, and a desire to create a positive, uplifting experience for every guest
Strong leadership and communication skills with a consistent, team-oriented attitude
Dependability and punctuality — showing up engaged and ready to lead by example each shift
Early morning, evening and some weekend availability
Professionalism and focus — personal phone use is reserved for emergencies only to maintain a connected and mindful studio atmosphere
