Responsibilities
Process customer payments and monitor customer account balances
Perform timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and resolve customer disputes or payment delays
Collaborate with Billing and Client Service teams to ensure accurate customer account management
Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
Perform general ledger account reconciliations
Maintain and reconcile construction-related accounts
Record journal entries in accordance with established accounting principles
Assist with month-end and annual close processes
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to multiple systems and a dynamic work environment
Preferred
QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred
