Responsibilities

Market Research: Analyze vendor capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to inform development

Evaluation Coordination: Develop scoring templates, facilitate evaluation sessions, and ensure compliance

Procurement Support: Assist in drafting sections, preparing evaluation materials, and supporting vendor demonstrations and reference checks

Communication: Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

Required

Strong background in business process analysis and requirements documentation

Primary work will be remote, but onsite presence in Topeka, Kansas is required for key stakeholder workshops, interviews, and evaluation sessions as outlined in the Task Order

A local Topeka resource, or someone willing to travel for these engagement sessions, is required

Preferred

Experience with public-sector procurement processes and development
